Aerial Seeding Process
Quote
Fill out our free quote request form with basic details about your property and seeding goals. We'll send a personalized quote by email or phone, valid for up to one year.
Scheduling & Planning
When you're ready, reply to your quote email or give us a call and we'll get you on the calendar. We recommend booking 1–3 weeks ahead to lock in your date. No deposit required. Once we settle on a date, you'll get a confirmation text. Dates may shift with weather.
Pre-Flight
The day before your application, you'll be connected to the pilot(s) flying your property. They'll arrive at the agreed time and send an ETA once they're on the road.
Application
On arrival, the pilot(s) meet with you or your representative to review the application plan and any travel needed around the property. During application, the pilot fills the drone hopper with your seed while managing the generator and battery chargers, swapping batteries between loads until the job is complete.
Post-Application
Once complete, the pilot departs and sends photos of closed, locked gates where needed. In the following days, it's important to drag your pasture to work the seed in and protect it from birds and rodents. Our team follows up over the coming weeks and months to check on your stand's progress.
